SmartAgent is a product of Mission Labs.
Founded in 2016, Mission Labs was one of the very first UK technology companies to embrace Amazon Connect as a technology partner.
We’ve subsequently achieved Amazon Connect Service Delivery Partner and AWS Advanced Consulting Partner status, and over the last few years we’ve successfully migrated some of the UK’s largest contact centres to Amazon Connect.
In March 2021, Mission Labs was acquired by Gamma Telecoms, an AIM listed supplier of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions which enable organisations to communicate, collaborate and offer a better customer experience.
